Settings, receiver info, and firmware updates

The gear tab is receiver management:

• Status card — connection state, address, power, model, firmware version, and Audio Control API version
• Find / Switch Receiver — rescan the network or jump between saved receivers
• System — toggle automatic firmware updates, check for updates on demand, and install them from the app
